Enjoy a guided walking tour of the delightful town of Cochem. We then enjoy a wine tasting with a local producer to sample the wines which have drawn visitors to this beautiful corner of Germany for generations.

Excursion to Trier

It is the turn of another Moselle town for our included excursion by train. Trier is considered the oldest city in Germany as it was founded over 2,000 years ago and has the longest history as a city. There is a wealth of well-preserved Roman and medieval buildings to discover including the Porta Nigra – one of the best preserved Roman gates anywhere in Europe - and a historical market square in front of the magnificent Cathedral, which is also Germany’s oldest church.
